ON Semiconductor White Goods Sales in Shenzhen, China
• Execute Sales Business Plans and Strategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position the company as a strategic supplier to a key global customer. Present progress to management and Business Units for alignment and support.
• Develop and establish strong cooperative relationships with all levels of the customers' regional organization and departments. Drive timely, productive and effective resolution of customer issues including but not limited to PCN notification, product updates, failure analysis and product shortages.
• Drive new business demand creation along with local Field Applications Engineer and with Business Units to secure successful design win penetrations at customers regional R&D and design centers.
• Work closely with local Field Applications Engineer and support Business Units on competitive analysis, market intelligence, new product ideas and pricing negotiations.
• Provide timely and accurate demand forecasts and close loop communication to ensure smooth support and responsiveness to customers.
• 3 year semiconductor sales experience, at least 1 year big account sales experience.
• E/E background is preferred.
• Based in Zhuhai will be a plus
