  1. Proactive Tactical Service Support
  • Quoting (Price, MPQ, MOQ, Lead Time, stock availability, no bids)

  • Order Entry & maintenance (Reschedule & cancellation)

  • Delivery improvement, shipment follow up and shipment tracking

  • Daily interface with customers (Phone, fax, email, Customer WEB)

  • Part # cross references maintenance

  • Manage customer requirement to meet Global OTD target

  • Device activity requests (status change)

  • RMR processing

  • Maintain customer profiles

  1. Proactive Customer Relationship Management
  • First point of contact for sales & customers

  • Primary supply chain interface to sales & customers

  • Customer business issues

  • Customer visits, meetings, conference calls

  • Relationship development

  1. Customer Advocacy/Problem Resolution
  • Initiate customer escalations

  • Understanding of Customer business processes

  • Initiate communication of supply chain disruptions and coordinate effective resolutions

  • Proactive review customer forecasts

  1. Processes Owned:
  • Order Entry

  • Order Maintenance and Cancellation

  • Forecast errors

  • Standard FMS Activities

  • Planning Forecasts/Embedded Releases Maintenance


  1. Ability to exhibit patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude when addressing complaints and problems from customers

  2. Customer service mind set, data analytical and problem solving skills

  3. Strong Interpersonal and communication skills (both in English and Chinese, written and verbal)

  4. Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office

  5. Negotiation and leverage skills

  6. Time management /Sense of urgency

  7. Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, able to balance short and long term goals

  8. Can work under pressure

  9. BS/BA in Supply Chain Management or related field

  10. 3 5 years' working experience in Supply Chain Management, Customer Service or related field preferred

  11. Self-Motivational skills, innovative/Creative skills
