ON Semiconductor Customer Support Representative in Shenzhen, China
Provide best service to end customer Stringer through both direct channel and disty/EMSI to build good relationship with customers and initiate customer escalations, understand customer business process, coordinate effective solutions when there is supply disruptions, review customer forecast as well. There are many tactical support to customers, such as quote, order entry&maintenance, sample, shipment follow up, part# cross reference maintenance, OTD performance review and RMR follow up.
