DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reportingdirectly to the Site General Manager, the Program Manager is responsible for:
The site Program Management system to direct,coordinate, implement, execute, control and complete specific projects ensuringconsistency with company strategy, commitments and goals for the Pocatello sitein the manufacturing of integrated circuits & semiconductors in an 8” waferfabrication facility.
Process monitoring and control programownership, utilizing the manufacturing FDC systems to control process inputs& their impact to outputs, application of statistical input/output controls,variation identification & reduction, excursion reduction, predictive &preventative maintenance, & tool fingerprinting.
Managing the Lean Six Sigma program for thesite, arranging training, assisting in identification of potential candidatesand working with the senior leadership team to use LSS principles to identifyessential LSS projects to maximize organizational impact.
Dutiesinclude managing key projects to increase capacity, reduce defects, reduce cost,FDC ownership, continuous improvement projects, & being an integral part ofthe strategic leadership for the site.
Providementorship on LSS project in the organization and ensure critical projectsremain on schedule.
Ensureall activities are conducted safely, ethically and within the guidelines of thecompany, and support a vigorous 5S program.
Strongcan-do problem solver that supports the team to resolve complex issues increative, logical, systematic and effective ways.
Abilityto adapt to changes in the work environment, delays or unexpected events;manage competing demands; change approach or method to best fit the situationto ensure site success.
Motivated & driven senior visionary leaderwho can aggressively motivate and drive a technical organization to success,working efficiently, strategically, intelligently, as a united team with commongoals, in a fast paced environment all with little or no supervision, towardthe success of the entire organization.
Proven program and project managementskills. A PMP certification is a plus.
Strong statistics knowledge and experience.
Familiarity with Fabguard (Inficon), BrooksideFDC, &/or Space (CamLine) SPC systems a plus.
Strong lean six sigma knowledge and experience,Master Black Belt or Black Belt a plus.
Process Control Theory input/output understanding/experience.
Process Monitoring and Instrumentation Theoryunderstanding/experience a plus.
Must have excellent written & verbalcommunication and have a strong ability to provide condensed managementsummaries of complex & large scale projects.
Strong desire & drive to develop &motivate a technical staff, with a can-do attitude.
Ability to identify key business issues &opportunities, evaluate options and take action to succeed.
Requires a BS or higher in a technical fieldsuch as engineering or a core science discipline.
10 years of demonstrated senior leadershipexperience in a technical organization.
Exceptional communication skills; verbal,written and presentations.
Proficient computer and software skills.
Critical thinking with exceptional problemsolving skills, able to successfully work independently or in a teamenvironment.
Proactive, resourceful, highly motivated andable to work in high output, high demand, fast paced environment with noexcuses.
