This opportunity will ask a student to have the following performance objectives:
Serves as the highest level of Storage Engineering/Architecturedecisions
Defines, designs and documents solutions, strategies and standards for theStorage infrastructure to ensure efficient and continuous usage with otherinfrastructure assets and applications
Create Storage strategy,positioning, roadmaps and plans to keep offerings relevant and updated
Propose and implement Storageprojects for the organization
Maintain current and in-depthknowledge around Storage technologies
Develops and maintains documentation for information systeminfrastructure
Provides level 3 expertise for the stability, performance andavailability of Storage infrastructure systems; promptly resolves operationalissues
Participates in duty service rotation to ensure 24x7 support for level3 information system infrastructure
Supports UAT, coordinates client resources during testing phase toassure that developed solution satisfies client requirements
Ensures compliance to IT General Controls and company working rules
Ensures compliance with defined system infrastructure standards, namingconventions, methodology standards, etc.
Extremely self-motivated professional who is committed to success andsatisfaction, quickly adapting to change and maintaining composure inhigh-pressured environments.
Coaches and mentors less experienced staffs globally, influence othersas technical leader
Years of experience:
A minimum of 5 years ofEngineering or Information Technology experience
A minimum of 5 years ofexperience from multinational/global organization
- Bachelor Degree and 5-10 years of experience or 10-15 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Experience architectingsolutions with NetApp FAS and E-Series, HPE 3PAR SAN, and/or EMC SAN and NASproducts.
Drive Architecture & Design discussions to create nextgeneration storage solutions
Evaluate Storage technologies & products to furtherenhance current and future storage solutions
Experience with Software Defined Storage solutions (NetAppSolidFire, Ceph, etc.)
Drive/collaborate with other technical leaders/software engineers/hardwareteam on system/functional design
Mastery of technicalexpertise in identifying, evaluation and developing procedural and systemsolutions that are cost effective and meet user requirements
Ability to analyzebusiness problems and define technical solutions, with ROI and TCO analysis
Technical leadershipexperience with information systems design, implementation and operations inmajor projects
Proven problem solvingskills that can provide comprehensive solutions resulting to permanent fix andincremental benefits
Strong qualitative andquantitative analytical skill to solve sophisticated business and technicalproblems
Project managementsskills are a plus

The ability to effectively socializing and acquire approvalfor Storage ideas, concepts, designs and solutions is an absolute must.
Knowledge and Expertise:
Possesses strongtechnical knowledge of manufacturing application architecture and designincluding integration with other IT systems, performance characteristics,application management utilities, etc.
Understands manufacturingprocesses and flows, is familiar with physical layouts and possesses knowledgeof relevant technologies
Possess projectmanagement skills to drive projects and activities
