ON Semiconductor MGR STAFF, PROJECT in Bucheon, South Korea

  • Build and lead cross functional, multi-national development teams.

  • Drive the definition of project objectives, scope, & success criteria to meet Stakeholder requirements.

  • Create and maintain program plans using established ON Semiconductor methodologies.

  • Ensure that programs are delivered on-time, within scope, on budget and meet agreed upon success criteria.

  • Coordinate resources in the pursuit of flawless execution

  • Identify and actively manage program risks

  • Manage changes to the project scope and project schedule

  • Initiate & lead problem resolution activities as warranted

  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed

  • Review project status with executive management and other stakeholders.

  • Create and maintain PM program documentation

  • Demonstrated ability to build highly functional and effective teams.

  • Successful leadership of multi-discipline, multi-cultural, semiconductor backend and/or frontend technology development teams

  • Solid technical background with recognized competency in one or more areas of semiconductor

  • A working understanding of common problem solving techniques coupled with the ability to identify a path toward problem resolution using inputs from the team and other subject matter experts

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with team members, management and other stakeholders

  • Solid organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Skilled use of Microsoft Project and Office software.

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline is anticipated, however candidates with relevant experience and a history of exceptional performance would be considered.

  • PMP certification is a plus.

  • Enthusiasm, persistence and a sense of humor
